The food we put into our bodies is crucial for our health
and wellbeing. Nourishing little bodies with good food is important at Econest.
Food offers much more to our wellbeing than nutrition. Reconnecting with our roots (pun intended!) we will support local, connect with our community and the land in which food grows, and encourage the joy of food in everyday moments.
Each week, our aim is to source fresh, seasonal, and wholefood (as close to its natural state as possible) from local and organic
sources. We will use soaked grains, seeds, and good fats. Our methods for
cooking will promote the best way for little bellies to digest their food. The
menu for each week will be derived from the beautiful produce we have been able
to get our hands on.
